I'll graduate this summer and will join a decent botique firm. I recently saw this post on LI related to inductions at T1 and felt like i am going to miss out on a lot of things. The opportunity to visit another city, meet so many new people and getting to know them. This is not only limited just to the induction, working at T1 have so many advantages because it is has different organization and is much bigger than a botique ( no matter how great it is). Having interned at so many T1s now, I've really started to have this FOMO and know that even I join one later in future, i will still miss out on fun that they have in initial years.
I feel helpless because there is no way i can join a T1 now and my mind is not just accepting the fact that i couldn't make it to my dream firm (Trilegal).
Bhai logo ki naukri nahi hai, faaltu bt le raha hai. You can always move up later if it's really required. Don't forget the lifestyle costs associated with T1 jobs.
