I know the condition of Mumbai University and GLC has become so pathetic that genuine facts are classified trollish. I am not even offended..
You'll need to show Below Poverty Line Certificate, Relevant Reservation Certificate, You can not get an ATKT. You might need to show a recommendation from mantralaya too. Most kids there use fake certificates to get admission tho.
