Their banking team is very small. They've started to do capital markets also. Haven't heard great things about team culture. Pay for A0 should be well below a lakh around 70-85 if I'm not wrong. I've heard they've increased recently tho.

Conversion isn't a challenge they'll need good resources. Stick around long enough and do a decent job conversion will happen.
