Any military gf/bfs here? I want to litigate through and through but my partner is in the Air Force which means that there will be a lot of moving around once we are married that is.

Are there any T1s that allow virtual policies for litigation teams? Or any independent chambers who mostly appear virtually.
Why not try for JAG ? Why not try for independent virtual practice on your own ? More like a legal consultant on virtual work, alot of people would definitely benefit.
Choose one. Either keep transferring as an advocate or make a base someplace and meet each other on vacations. You can't have both with military men/women. That's why it's said being a soldier's family is difficult. You end up sacrificing a lot of your work. Or best is be a legal advisor with an online business.
If your partner / spouse is in the IAF, then you have two options:

(a) you stay with them and move towns as and when they get posted; and typically, you will get posted every 2-3 years in the IAF and usually the postings are better than the army (ie not in places which are 2 days away from the closest road head) and they don't have a concept of field postings (ie non-family stations). All IAF postings will have internet and phone connection, unlike the army, so if you take up an in-house role which is WFH, then that is something you can work with. But you should be aware that spouses have a large role to play in the career of military officers; you can make or break your spouse's career and there are many obligations that you will have as a spouse if you live with them, obligations which you cannot decide to not be a part of if you live there; or

(b) you choose to stay in a big city and pursue your career and meet your spouse as and when they get a leave. The best city will be Delhi for this since there is enough IAF in Delhi, including Hindon in Ghaziabad, which will mean that your spouse can get posted in Delhi once or twice in their career.
