Is it true that LKS has revised their pay ?
It's not a rumor bro, they have announced it. I was even told by a senior member that they are going to implement it from 1st July. They are currently rolling out offers with the old package to structure the increment smoothly. It's on and above regular increment.

If a firm is keeping more than half of fixed as variable then that firm is shady

Yes. 9 + 5 is starter base pay for Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru plus variable

No. Have heard they just bring out announcements which are never implemented.

They pay this to SA's and make them work 10 hours a day even when there is no work. Stingy and best avoided.
