Has anyone from the Batch 2020-25 of any college received a PPO from CAM yet?? And does a callback at CAM mean anything positive in the direction of getting placed? What is a good time to do a callback internship at CAM if someone from the 2020-25 batch is looking forward to getting placed?

CAM and SAM officially finish hiring for a batch before the Day Zs, where maximum offers are given. This happens in June-July 2024. So 2025 batch hiring pauses then. This means your callback should be scheduled before that.
