It's not disclosing vacancies. It's literally the way to apply, only difference is that it's through a portal. The email of HR is given in careers page for retainership..that doesn't mean they are hiring. Skillgate is only portal to apply and they have different portals for each area and position through which you can apply. That doesn't mean they are hiring
