They have a relatively active student community with students getting preplacement offers already and interning at SC and going to oxford for higher ed , should I go there in hopes that after 5 years it will be even better or should I try for GLC , ILS which are much more established or SLS and JGLS which offer decent placements?

You should go for DNLU. The new VC has just joined and is already doing wonders for the university and, mostly, for the student community. It is surely going to join the ranks of the top 10 NLUs.
