Does anyone know any famous professors in India that teach International Armed Conflict or International humanitarian law ?? I've tried looking at all the major NLU faculty page and it's just mediocre faculty.
Prof. Saurabh is good. Although it's not his specialization, he is pretty good with refugee law.

If you find people with specialization, you'll have to look at other places like JNU
Saurabh Bhattacharjee. Taught at NUJS for about 10 years, now at NLS. Offered an elective on refugee law which was well taken. Very diligent fellow who may nurture people well. Don't think he has served as a guide before though.
Saurabh is a superlative teacher and a gem of a person. Did not know that he has started working on refugee law though. He had taught courses like labour law, legal methods, law and impoverishment etc. at NUJS and was widely acknowledged as the best teacher that they had for a long time.
He actually had worked on refugee law with an NGO for some time, dealing with pre-Rohingya Burmese refugees.
