Nobody is. Partners keep coming and going, but our sister firms have indicated that they do not foresee having full fledged operations in India in the absence of an enabling statute (not confusing BCI rules)
Adani/CAM/SILF and the Deep State will take the call on whether to allow foreign law firms or not.
