Law schools always violate the law, it's part of the learning process xD

Note* This applies to all law schools in India, private and public
The VC would take twice the fees if he could. He is not going to waive anything if he can help it.
Agree. This is also a lesson for all those who think that they'll get "some scholarship" and take admission based on that false hope.
True that. We know things are not good in all state NLUs (each having its issues with administration, teaching quality, funding, student attitude, faculty attrition, academic leadership, hostels, security, domicile quota, etc.), but why wash dirty linen in public?
While the central universities teaching law do not have most of these handicaps but still fail to provide quality legal education or generate legal research of note.
That still does not explain the reason behind the so-called No.1 state NLU to wash dirty linen in public.
Your statement is not making any sense. Please re-read and rephrase. NLSIU has not made the post. A student did.
You don't understand this. Read it carefully. The student did this BECAUSE the NLS could not or would not address this internally. That's exactly what the OP is saying - why does NLS want to make a public spectacle of itself?
Ha, ha......if NLS and its administration want to embarrass themselves in public, who are we to stop them?
