It is very vague, even fixed pay for A1 (Band 2) can differ from 12 Lpa to 18 Lpa....i mean wtf, fixed pay is supposed to be constant regardless right? somebody please explain this
As far as i know those are salary bands and not year by year experience levels such as A1 or A2.
An associate might be 3 years into his career at SRP and still be in Band 1 or 2 - depending upon his performance and other factors. You dont get promoted to next band the next year automatically like it is done in T1s.
