SJA is so useless exam date sheet is not clear can we discuss that instead
SJA only cares about using sja room for nefarious purposes

they call their alcove the 'power alcove' losers
Is this about ongoing litigation in Calcutta High Court by a former AR Admin whose services were finally terminated by the university in 2019 when Lord Taluk was the VC? Apparently the local court has been hearing the criminal complaint since 2014.
Why Legally India is censoring the thread? The news about complaint is in open and there are documentary proofs available. How can you unpost a comment
Where is such documentary proof available in the public domain? How is it 'open' exactly?
It is on NUJS website as Executive Council minutes. Starting from 2019 ....it is a 4 year saga
Not the FIR, nor the details of the complaint made by the faculty. Those haven't been officially discussed before the EC yet.
Why would VC want it to be reported to EC? It will be very non beneficial to his personal interest
So clearly it's not part of the EC minutes as claimed earlier.
It is the EC minutes of incidents which have been given in. Evidence
Once again, the FIR is not something that is mentioned in any EC minutes, nor the allegations of SH.
Has it been reported to the EC for it to be reflected?
What about the FIR? Was it actually filed? It is clear that the complaint has been sent to LCC Barasat and the Chancellor CJI Chandrachud.
First GNLU, then Jindal, then NALSAR, and now NUJS. Goddamit is there any decent university left for law ? Why are we failing so badly ?

P.S. Don't say NLS. The VC has f'd up that place bad.
In NLS, we have fake anonymous allegations against political rivals.
Absolutely right, all allegations about SH at workplace ar false cause they are made to settle scores or as vengeance for relationships gone sour( not necessarily romantic relationships)
Funny but I feel this allegation was tailor made for legallyindia

The complainant could do real damage if she went on social media I suppose but she chose not to

I suppose she would be just given what she wants and she will back off

Nope. Barasat's LCC had the necessary jurisdiction in this case. I agree with the appeal part though.
How come NUJS has not followed a similar arrangement like IIM C since the VC is Chairperson of the EC and any decision that the EC is taking in this case will be considered as biased or prejudiced as long as this VC is part of the EC taking decisions related to this issue
Some people on this thread are confusing an old case with a new case

PIB not involved in this case boss
Okay. But where is the FIR? And the police? Also importantly, what is the EC doing? How is the media missing all this?
How is it that NUJS has not followed a similar example of removing the VC ? At least temporarily till the investigation is over like IIM C did by removing their Director till the investigation in to the allegations are over.
This is the Associate Professor/complainant who is commenting here using anonymity. Give it a rest and do some actual teaching or research.
Nothing. The VC has got the EC on his side, which is how he got the extension.
EC has not given any extension to VC. Yet to take a decision. But yes, most pundits think that it will be cakewalk for NKC.

Are the EC members aware of the latest salvo by AP?
