"It is reiterated again that Office timings are from 10 am to 7 P.M(Lunch break between 1 P.M to 2 P.M) and therefore you all are requested to maintain the sanctity and decorum of office timings. In terms of incoming timings a relaxation of 30 mnts has already been given for any contingency. However that should not be treated as standard office time.Any one reporting beyond 10.30 shall be marked on half day leave. Further the lunch time is to be strictly adhered to and any one coming back from lunch after 02.05 pm shall again be marked absent for half day.
We further request you all to minimize Tea/Coffee breaks, you can order whatever you want to through office boys. If at all you personally have to go down stairs, avoid going in groups.
Further any absence from office beyond 15 minutes without intimation/Approval from HR shall also be treated as leave. The intimation has to be on mail, the personal phone call, whats app messages shall not be treated as due intimation/Approval.
The above is only intended to increase the efficiency and productive time of the team."
