Hi Guys this a fellow A1 i.e done with PQE of 2.5 years currently working at a established boutique T2/3 firm however in the same practice area I have a bunch of interviews coming with few T1 firms . Help if I should take the salary they offer their A0 band see the A0 salary is almost double of my current at the T3 firm. However I find it a bit disrespectful coz I have a substantial amount of experience to the point independently handling work that even SAs handle at T1 in my current firm. Would the Partners or the T1 firms open to accelerated promotions if the work is appreciated. What all are the possibilities in terms of negotiations with respect to the salary . Help would be extremely appreciated.

Additionally, if anyone could you also answer how do tier 1 treats PQE of people who are coming from T2/T3? is it taken into account or not? if so, how much?
