Is Anand and Anand a good firm for a career, or is it mainly a stepping stone to independent practice? Is partner compensation at Anand and Anand as competitive as Tier 1 firms, or, like some family-run enterprises, is it less than a PA’s compensation at a full-service T1? The partner compensation is too less when you compare it to T1 but they do get bill share.
