Can someone please describe the life on an Associate in Projects and Finance at CAM, Mumbai. Please tell the work life balance, culture, etc. I am an A1 at a Tier 2 firm and have received an offer from CAM, Mumbai.
Work can be hectic. Partners can be tough but also polite and friendly in social settings. You can expect few all nighters. Partners do reward good work and loyalty in the long run. Bonus is well rewarded. Things can be unfavorable to you if there is a personal dislike-PA is openly dating an A0 (now A2) in that team which the entire office and partners are aware of. It was apparently due to the pa in question, the pretty lady was favoured and liked by the partners and got in. Journey going great for both- you get the idea. Good luck. I would argue that it's a good team with good deals and experience.
