I'm from the south. How is RGNUL in terms of academics, placements, culture? Would getting adjusted be a problem? I know Hindi well and do not have a problem with food. Please advise a newbie.
Academics are decent, faculty is mid, some are good, mostly bad. What matters is how much effort you put in. Placements for this batch are also decent but what's noteworthy is that most ppl want to sit for judiciary here. Others go for UPSC/litigation/LLM. Corp culture is comparatively lesser than other nlus. Placements mostly require your efforts, more ppl get recruited through PPOs than campus recruitment. You can get a good placement if you maintain a decent GPA (towards top 30 of your batch). As for culture, mostly ppl are from North India, however, a lot of South Indians are also here. You'll find seniors and batchmates from almost every corner of the country. Food is much better than other NLUs/law colleges. Getting adjusted would be a problem just the same even if you join any other college because school to college is such a huge jump in terms of the academic workload and focus on extracurriculars/moots/research.
