Means significant number of unreserved seats in nalsar will get converted to obc. currently only 50 out of 140 seats are unreserved in nalsar. caste census will mean increase in reservation as per proportion of communities in the state. then, you can maybe expect the unreserved seats to go down to 20-25/140. That will be a bad situation for nalsar, but good for other NLUs for they will have the chance to overtake nalsar through better student quality.
