Good paying without any prior experience is not possible in this field. Get your foot in the door through contacts or something. Gain experience there which will enable you to have something to include in your CV. Stay at that place for some time. Then make a switch to better paying places.
You can't. As someone who's been there, I suggest getting experience first. You can either start from LPOs or District Court. 2 years experience will be enough to help get you interviews. Internships are only for fresh graduates, the rest are judged on experience. The only way you can circumvent experience is to go for a PhD. But that's only if you want to go purely in academia. As it will take anywhere from 5-7 years. It's better to get 5-7 years work experience than pursue PhD. It's possible but just a bit tougher. All the best.
