Respected folks of Legally India, is there anyone here who is working in academia ? If so, then assuming you are the right person to ask, what do you look for in a legal research paper before publishing it? What metrics do you use to judge it?
1. The core idea, novelty.

2. Clarity of argument and concepts involved.

3. Presentation of the argument, flow of thoughts, connection between different parts of the paper.

4. Authorities cited, review of existing literature and prior art.

5. Language.
