I am 22 from Symbi. Recently, I received an offer from a tier two law firm and another one is a fintech in-house practise. At this point in my career, I am really confused and seeking for some clarity. I am 1st generation lawyer and I want to take a right call?

Any suggestion?

take the fintech in-house, firms are not worth it.

But, the money at law firm is anyday better than the in-house.

Take the Law Firm assignment! Learn the ropes of the trade and then make a lateral move to one of the corporates. Too early for you to focus on Fintech which is just a micro subset of the Banking & Financial Services practice. Moreover, the law firm tag also gives you an upper hand to negotiate pay & designation later in your career. For starters, zero in on a good practice area and “hot” industry sector/s.
