Personally witnessed an Associate Lady cozying up with a Senior Partner 1. She immediately was promoted to Senior Associate, but she was double timing the Senior Partner 1 with another “Senior Partner in the making” and eventually he did become the Senior Partner and she conveniently dumped Senior Partner 1 because his position was in jeopardy. Now this lady in question has been promoted across the board and is going to be Partner very soon. BTW both Senior Partners in question were married during this scandal.
