Helpful folks of Legally India, is there anyone here who have worked as In-House counsel for any major firm in India( or abroad for that matter)?

If so, then can they share their honest experiences on how they got recruited and what skillset is necessary for being appointed?

Also, will any company require niche specialized legal professional such as those mostly involved in IPR, M&A, etc ?
