If people are so unhappy with the way things are, the apparently horrible working conditions, bonded labour, no work-life balance and low pay (even t1 salaries seem like golden handcuffs), then why isn't there any action against it? Should there be a collective effort? Collective action seems like a step in the right direction. Unionising also seems like a good step. What do labour laws say about this and what can be changed?
