Can I be assured of becoming a partner, atleast in T1 firms, say with 10 to 12 or at Max 15 years of PQE. I am asking in practical terms. I know quite many SA's quit and join inhouse but those who continue to remain in law firms, do they finally end up being a partner or not? Also the same question with regard to becoming a SA from being an associate?
