I am currently working on a tier 2 law firm in Delhi. My in-hand in 60k. Does anyone know how to improve career progression & get a better offer? I hd applied for in house roles and they offered similar packages. The thing is my friends on other professions are doing much better than me financially. It is kinda depressing.
