Is there a work from home option? Is it necessary to relocate to Delhi office? Since the reporters and journalists report from different HCs, can one work in one's hometown? What does the work entail in that case? What would be salary then?
Never heard about toxicity at this place. Also, more workload issue is negated with the bonus of having good seniors. People at LiveLaw seem to be nice bunch. Toxicity is something that happens at law firms and chambers of advocates. More work, no appreciation, learn by yourself, high pressure and reprimand without training graduates.
Livelaw website is very toxic for its employees. Attrition rate there is quite high. Mostly young law graduates are hired who leave in very few months and years. I am told it is becoz of workload & lack of professional standards. Any experience?
