Anyone know about background of Honble Justice Moushumi Bhattacharya at Calcutta HC ? Last year her video about nepotism and no payment to juniors went viral
She is a very pleasant, well-spoken and dignified lady. She is from a good educational background: schooling at Loreto House, studied English at Jadavpur University and did her LLM from Cambridge on a scholarship. Such people deserve to be elevated to the SC, instead of rich nepo kid judges. Or even worse, morality uncle judges who give lectures to the youth.
May I request the moderator to remove (not just flag) the trollish comment accusing her of promoting nepotism? She is doing the exact opposite in her speech! It's defamatory and shameful to leave the comment lying. Please remove it outright.
