nonsense. You can study transitional justice and stuff in electives at top nlus. Not every niche thing needs to be in core curriculum.
I've checked the electives. None of them provide transitional justice as a course. Moreover, core subjects should only be the major ones like constitution, contracts, torts, criminal etc the rest should be electives.
dude what are you saying? I went to law school. we did transitional justice elective. Dont just say some nonsense.
Which law school ? Transitional justice as an elective is not available in any law school in India. It's only in political science.
Who taught you ? I'm planning my PhD in it, would help if you could name the professor so I could contact them.
Which law school ? Transitional justice is only taught in JNU and AMU as of now. No law school teaches transitional justice. You might have had a constitutional class.
Jindal and nalsar have both had elective courses on it. Please learn to google.
You don't know the difference between core and electives right ?
No you cannot. Name one professor of transitional justice ? You can't cause it's not even taught yet.
Is this true ? There must be something more to research. I think law plays a important part in transitional justice. Especially in post conflict situations.
Is transitional justice even worth researching upon ???
Can anyone tell me which law school to join if I want to pursue transitional justice?
CPC ya Company Law padhle. What's this fancy crap.
Naa litigation mei jana hai..Naa corporate mei.
