Asking only in terms of more friendliness amongst peers and more WLB. Not in terms of money, growth etc. I know it depends from partner to partner and team to team...but if someone could answer in general. Provided that most of the Cammies are home-grown and have rotated between the teams in the initial years.
P.S. I am not alone in having this perception.
