So I have a total experience of 7+ years and a pure in-house background but have worked in a law firm for a short period of time. I do have experience in transactions but not as pure as someone who has solely worked in a law firm for many years. If I join a law firm with this background at a discounted designation, is it advisable? Does making this switch now, help me in sorting my career going forward or should i stay in house only. Please advice people!!!
