Hey, like the title says, I'd be grateful if I could receive some tips on what is asked in clerkship interviews, what all laws should one be well versed with? It'd be super helpful if somebody who's interviewed for delhi HC could chip in.
It honestly depends on the judge you are interviewing with. During my interview I wasn't asked anything technical, only questions like why clerkship and why am I leaving my previous job.
It would still be good to be prepared with some of the basics of the roster the Judge is currently holding and to have some articles/papers that you have written handy.
