There’s something called professional relationship also. We are just not there to do labour work and leave. We are there for our own growth, which won’t happen if there is no mentorship.

It's a workspace, why shd anyone develop "relationships"? Do you understand personal and professional spaces and boundaries? College samajh rakha hai kya
It’s a fucked up place to be at. Partners take no interest in developing a relationship with associates. Its only work and work. No personal development.
SB and RS perhaps knew a thing or two more which these two Johnnys were unwise to realize about themselves when ditching S&R for Trilegal.
So are most of the posts on this website. What’s the harm in reading a rant post and understanding the culture of the team/firm?

Please go through her linkdin profile and see how many mandates she had. Half of Trilegal's deal announcement updates are her mnadates.
How can that be? Aren't gold-standard lawyers like Bhakta Patnaik and Brajendu Bhaskar at the helm at Trilegal CM?
If they have less mandates, they have smaller teams too. Only 3 partners and around 40 associates. Nobody is stitting idle there and not getting enough work.
3L has had some great clients like emerging startups like Mobiquik (basis LinkedIn). Please check your facts
That is true. They don’t have work.

Add to that, no learning in the team and exclusionary work environment. All in all, not a good place to be.
It has nothing to do with Trilegal. It has everything to do with Capital Markets being the worst of all practice areas.
they don't have work - only CAM, SAM, KCO, IndusLaw, JSA and S&R have mandates. To be honest, even mid sized capmarks firms like Saraf, Crawford Bayley or Link Legal engage in more deal making as against a joke like Trilegal.
