The question should be: can Navi Mumbai folks afford to pay the toll tax. Cz they’ll be the one using it the most to enter Mumbai city.

Toll payments are actually fees and not taxes because you're paying it to use the particular road

The road was built using the money I pay as taxes. Thus, I should be allowed to use it without paying any additional amount as I have already paid for it. Tolls are useless and another gimmick of milking the middle class, so that money can be collected from them and used for vote bank politics.

Why won't people use that futile argument, road tax is literally 10-13% of the vehicle cost, it is literally ROAD TAX.
