Vivek narayan sharma sir is quite fit and accomplished at the same time. It’s definitely possible.
Maintaining fitness might be possible but getting fit would be a long stretch - what i mean by this is if you want to lose weight, and have lost it when you were in college/last sem, it'll be much easier and possible to maintain your shape by going to gym as low as twice in the entire week and cycling/running on Sunday + you'd already be accustomed to a healthy diet.

However, if you're someone overweight or underweight, wanting to lost weight or gain muscle, it'll be much much harder, I'd say close to impossible because of how committed you'll have to be. To gain muscle you'll have to atleast hit the gym 4 days a week which is not in our hand due to abrupt hours.
