I applied in November last week, so idk what is the scene ab. These firms are just filled with people with references at this point. Like it's just sad to be a law student in these times really.

Most of their interns are through references, if in the CM team. So yes callbacks regardless.

Idk really. I don't have contacts. But one of associates in the place interned at last time actually asked for my CV and said that they'll share it. So it's possible that helped. Idk.
