if i get into a tier 2 nlu then take clat again next year and get into a tier 1 nlu , should i start from the first year there or can I join into the second year directly? genuine doubt, no trolls

From first year only. There's no transfer system like that.

Different NLUs are different Universities all together. They are not like different branch of the same school
