Seems to be the most talked about cricket event right now amongst law firms. Had a tough selection process in my firm as its only 8 players a side matches and we have plenty of good players. One reason is also that its at MCA BKC Ground, which in itself is a beauty to get a chance to play at. Last year Wadia won it in a tough Final so any guesses who’s going to win this time? Sebi team was ruthless last time and appeared to be clear favourites despite 15 law firms also competing but lost to DSK. Would be super fun to see CAM vs SAM and azb vs Trilegal rivalry on the field.
There are 2 simultaneous tournaments going on in ICUL Champions League. One for law firms and another of tax firms at MCA BKC with 16 teams and 8 teams participating respectively. Will be cheering for Khaitan today to come good but the 6 over matches are very tricky and fortunes widely swing one way or the other with a good/bad over here or there. But that is the real fun.
No, the best till now was azb vs Khaitan. What a close win for azb. Today, there were several last ball deciders. Trilegal, ICUL, Luthra and SAM ve already qualified today for the quarters. Waiting for the big matches tomorrow
Intending to go to the ground today to support DSK. Its a tough group with likes of Sebi & Wadia in it. but pasting below some helpful youtube live streaming and cricheroes score links which were circulated yesterday to all teams.
SEBI won the tournament by defeating SAM in a close final. KCo was defeated by SAM in the semis. ICUL was defeated by SEBI in the semis. Superbb tournament!!
