As the title reads? Most alumni are in senior in house roles. Do I email/ linkedin them as a 10th sem student with multiple T1/2 internships?
Do counsels or legal VP in companies have such power that they may recommend someone for a trainee role?
Yeah for sure, unless they don't have enough hold or the company is way too big, like EY with so many horizontals
How does cold emailing work in such cases? Do they take it kindly it we are able to reflect the relevant experiences and suitability for the job?

I've seen alumni from my institution refer candidates with some experience but not for freshers, hence I am of the opinion that they cannot or do not generally like to hire freshers? Anybody has seen the opposite happen?
