MCA e-book and any standard textbook on contracts. You will be good to

go.
GK Kapoor, A. Ramaiya ( Commentary), Gower & Davies (UK) Palmer (UK) (a bit expansive).
bhai going through all of them would take so much time. Do u mean goin gthrough cover to cover btw ?
To understand the basic principles of the law, Gower is the best, it gives you in depth understanding of the basics, and obviously you don't need to read it cover to cover because it majorly deals with uk laws, but the basics such as features of a company, what an MoA and AOA is, promoters etc. are discussed in great detail.
You don't need to read cover from cover, even if you do that would be a waste of time. Try to understand every topic, and see bare act for the specifics. For example, use book to understand why and what type of directors are needed in a company, and check the act for how many are needed and how are they appointed.

Don't refer to every book mentioned above, pick whichever you like. There are some topics which are explained in a better in one and some in other.
