The pay for freshers is 50k. The culture is horrific. Working till 2-4 AM is the norm for the associates. There's no appreciation for your efforts. One associate is leaving without a job in hand because she can't take the stress. The learning and growth will be limited because they have few clients. Apply and join at your own risk.
Idk much about the firm but it has to be said that such companies have somehow managed to get classified as tier 1 and have no qualms about telling the world that their workplace environment is not human life friendly. It’s insane that this is now the norm and no one is raising a concern against such explorative behaviour.
