considering it has to be made - "agreeable to both parties" what all i can add/subtract. If possible can we connect as well on this issue?
Have you been given a term-sheet or anything ? If yes, map the term sheet to the Agreement. If no, you will have to apply your own head to determine what all you need to add/subtract. You could also ask the team to share any previous SSHA, that the team uses as a template.
