They don’t, that’s why they take in so many freshers through PPOs/Placements xD

They take in so many freshers because people just leave these firms and the firm is without resources for the work.People especially Freshers can't take it and literally throw the badges on partners faces (Tri)walking out because of the torturous work cultures at these law firms.
