Is anyone aware of the process to apply at MNCs in the B&F sector? JP Morgan, Citi, Barclays, etc.

Obviously one can apply to these places but mostly the concerned GC only tries to poach you if you are their retained legal advisor. Seen it happen at KCO and TTA where I have been a part of the team.

Possible at TTA, KCO is difficult to believe given how KSS gets the bait for everything that the people under him sweat for.
