reply Good area to explore but is already dominated by established practitioners and firms. Hard to crack the money-making code for new entrants as almost all the disputes are about the regulator vs. XYS-rich company, which means they only want the lawyers already established in the business and will not try their chances with new ones.

reply Neeti Niyaman, MSA, Charter Law, Ritam Legal and SKV are good boutique firms to start off with. Aniket Prasoon, Sourav Roy, Mazag Andrabi and Parinay Deep Shah are known litigators with good clients in this field.
