Hi, I have been reading articles on indiacorplaw. Recently read an article on SEBI , written by a Third Year student but it was so technical. I am not well versed with corporate and commercial laws (yet). Should I read and memorize sebi acts and rules , and company law before even thinking to write articles?

They take guidance from their seniors ofc..no way a second or third year student has this level of understanding of such nuaced topics

Paying someone to get such articles written is also quite famous among insecure law students. Trust me it's all sham.

A lot of people do it as freelancing. Try asking some senior or check fiverr and Upwork.
