Have heard few folks at nls/ nalsar have negotiated for more than 19.4 (trilegal). Kindly spill beans on what's the highest offer, by which institution and to which nlu
That's bullshit. Everyone gets paid the same. The highest is 19.5 - Trilegal.
At NUJS some students got 25 lakhs CTC by top law firms. Even foreign law firms don't pay that much to freshers!!
Bump! Heard that S&R and NDA give out 19.5 with almost 16.5 and 3 as bonus.

Do people get more than that for 2024 batch?
Lol not true about NDA, you're an employee so you pay more in tax as well
It was varying for icul between 18.5 to 19.5 depending upon which law school they were visiting
Believe ICUL Mumbai’s office offered 19.5 lakh on Day 0 of NLS to gain an entry there. Offered even higher than what they offered at nalsar and nluj from where bulk of their day 0 recruitments have traditionally been happening.
People at NUALS 2024 batch are getting 19.3L at Trilegal. So I guess its common everywhere
Does anyone have idea about the packages offered by the foreign firms and how do those offers from compare against each other?
It's a Google search away. The training period pays slightly lower (50K for the first year and 55K for the second), and once you qualify as an associate starting in your second year, the firms pay between 100K and 125K. Amount in GBP
Can speak for Nalsar: S&R has offered the highest domestic package, followed by Trilegal.
S&R is 19.5 lakh fixed for freshers. People claiming the 21 or 22 lakh figure is just not true..
Concluding, 19.5 highest by S&R and Trilegal. Law firms, not counting any CTC salary figures. Some 21 figures but not sure if any were accepted?
