Is it possible ? Is it worth it ? What say peeps ?

Did it a few years back. Wasn’t that complicated. Will just have to put more hours initially to bring yourself up to speed with your peers. But as long as your fundamentals are strong, it’s easy.

How did you do it? Was it intra-firm? Also, at what stage of your career you did it? I am A0 looking to switch not from projects but another dreaded practice areas.
