All I can think of is quitting my job. I don't have a back up job right now. How do I stop myself from losing it and resigning? What do you people do to keep going?
Note:
1. I am working in a company. They're paying peanuts. So money isn't a motivating factor. Also, I am no longer doing what was in my JD.
2. I am aware that law firm jobs can be worse but I am not looking for a comparison.
In the same boat. I joined my law firm Around 6 months back and it has been horrible. The fact that I need to wait for 6 more months to apply else where is haunting. But please hold on, donβt give up just yet, this is what u tell myself and Iβll tell u the same
Feel the same way, but I think it will be harder to get a new job if I am unemployed... seems easier to find something without a gap on the CV.. so just applying to new jobs regularly.
